After-sale Service Department

Besides, it has set up a branch factory in Urumchi City of Xinjiang. Every after-sale service center has in stock all the common components for all the products of the company. The After-sale Service Department has about 360 installation, debugging and maintenance professionals who provide the customers with 24-hour, omni-dimensional, timely and quick service.

1. Before-sale Service

1) Know customers demands and help them to choose the most suitable products.

2) Provide customers with technical service before the installation of equipment.

3) Provide customers with training inside the factory on the operation, repair and maintenance of the equipment.

2. Sales Service

1) Follow up the customers and organize production and delivery according to contracts to ensure the equipment arrives at customers desired destinations safe and sound.

2) Provide all the necessary technical specifications for the installation of equipment.

3. After-sale Service

1)Provide installation, debugging and maintenance service according to contracts or the agreed time with the customers.

2) Provide on-the-spot training according to customers needs.

3) Deal with customers complaints about product quality and service quality and arrive at the site in time to settle problems.

4) Make up files of customers. Records of installation, debugging and maintenance of all equipment should be kept in the archives permanently in order to provide the customers with technical support.

5) Pay return visits to the customers aperiodically, collect customers complaints and suggestions about products and service and make timely improvements.

6) The After-sale Service Department is in charge of all the service centers to ensure timely and effective service.
